Visitors to BelleWood Gardens
Having told you about virtual visitors to BelleWood Gardens last January I thought I'd provide you with an update on the traffic I've been getting.
And yes, the deer still keep visiting too.
There were 355,387 successful hits for the entire site in the two weeks between April 19, 2009 and today, May 2, 2009, with 17,196 page views. The average number of hits per day was 25,382. April 19, 2009 was been the most active day in the two week period under discussion, with 30,986 hits.
Where did these visitors come from? By far, the majority came from the United States (11,387), followed by several hundred each from Canada (441), the United Kingdom (331), and Australia (296). More than a hundred hits from each of the following: the Netherlands , Poland, Italy, South Africa, Germany, Saudi Arabia, France, and Belgium. There were under a hundred but more than 50 from the following three countries: Brazil, Turkey, and Hungary.
So far, in 2009 I've posted 26 diary entries - and there are several in the queue waiting to be polished and uploaded. March and April were delightfully floriferous this year. There are 7 entries for BelleWood in Bloom 2009 with some really choice plants and their portraits if I do say so myself.
